Applications will be accepted July 1, 2019 through August 31, 2019
The Columbia County Forward Foundation will be distributing 2 -$1,000 grants and 1 - $5,000 grant.
Grant recipients will be notified no later than September 13th and checks will be distributed at our fall concert.
Requirements to apply:
- Applicants cannot have received funding in the prior year from Columbia County Forward Foundation.
- Only one application per organization per requesting year.
- Services must be provided, but not limited to, Columbia County residents.
- Services provided to Columbia County residents must exceed 50% of overall services/programs.
- Service/program requesting grant must be established and not requested for startup funds.
- 501c3 filing is not required, but an EIN (employer identification number) must be provided.
